First, please select your desired date and time and make a reservation using the reservation form on the official website.
Online reservations are available 24 hours a day!
Please visit the Kawaii Osaka website and reserve your desired kimono rental plan (1-day kimono rental plan or 90-minute kimono rental plan) and date and time.
Reservations can also be made over the phone!
We also accept same-day kimono and yukata rental reservations, subject to availability.
The estimated time from check-in to kimono rental and departure is 45 to 1 hour and 20 minutes.
This may vary depending on the number of people attending on the day.

Visiting and Reception
Please arrive at the shop at your reserved time!

Dressing
You'll be dressed by a professional kimono dresser!
Kawaii Tokyo's kimono dressing service is characterized by being "comfortable and durable,"
even when you spend the whole day enjoying sightseeing and eating.
All undergarments, such as undershirts and tabi socks, are included in the plan, so you can come empty-handed.
Preparation
Everything you need will be provided, so you can come without any preparation.

Return
Please return to the store by the specified time for your plan (by 9:00 PM on the day for 1-day plans).
You can change clothes at the store and return any luggage you have stored there to finish your trip.

You can use the facility on the day without making a reservation. However, we recommend making a reservation in advance as it is expected to be crowded on holidays and during peak tourist seasons. Reservations made through the official website can be changed or canceled up until 5:00 PM the day before. If you make a reservation through another company's website, please check the terms and conditions of that website.

The final check-in time is 7:00 PM, and the final return time is 9:00 PM. If you return the car late, an additional fee of 1,000 yen will be charged for the first hour, and 1,000 yen for each additional hour thereafter. *Prices are in Japanese yen.
